My process
I offer individual telehealth counseling so you can receive support from the comfort of your home.
I am paneled with Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, United Health Care, Aetna, Oscar Health, Optum, and Meridian.
I also take private pay and offer income based sliding scale pricing.
Initial Call
We will have a initial phone call or email exchange to discuss whether we are a good fit.
Schedule a Session
After we decide we’re a good fit, we can book a session within 10 days.
(If the initial booking time is longer, you will be notified.)
Intake Paperwork
You will complete some intake paperwork prior to our first session.
